These terms apply to the VibeVote project website and its public presentation pages.

VibeVote is currently presented as a student project at SFZ Eningen. The website is intended to explain the product concept, show the project background, and provide access points for interested users.

VibeVote is not yet presented here as a fully released commercial service. Features, availability, pricing, and legal operating terms may change as the project develops.

Any future live platform services may be governed by separate product terms once the service is officially launched.

For account creation and access, VibeVote currently collects only a username and an email address.

This information is stored and processed through Better Auth to provide secure authentication and account access.

No additional account profile data is required unless future platform features explicitly ask for it.

The website and related project infrastructure are hosted in Germany through Albwebsolutions.

Technical provider systems may process connection and system data as required to securely operate and deliver the service.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the availability, security, or presentation of the project.

You may not attempt to misuse forms, technical interfaces, or any public access points of the website.

All texts, layouts, branding elements, and project-related materials published on this website are protected by applicable copyright law unless stated otherwise.

Any reproduction, editing, distribution, or other use outside the limits of copyright law requires prior written permission from the respective rights holder.

The contents of this website are created with care. However, no guarantee is given that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for damages resulting solely from the use of the informational website content is excluded.

The project team may update, remove, or revise parts of the website at any time without prior notice.

If official operating terms for the VibeVote platform are introduced later, this page may be replaced or expanded accordingly.
